Hotel Management

This department is initiated to meet out the global demand for qualified and well trained catering personnel in Hotel and Tourism industry in India and abroad. After the Completion of 3 years B.Sc Hotel Management course, our students can be placed as Management trainees, Supervisors, Guides, Junior Level Management Executives in leading star hotels, motels, restaurants, Industrial canteen, Mobile Cantering such as railway and airways in India and in foreign countries, besides being self-employed caterers/hotelier.

To make the Students equip themselves in the prevailing environment in hotel industry, summer and winter training programs are arranged to update themselves in leading star category hotels all over India
The department has a well planned modernized kitchen with cooking Ranges, Tanthoori pot, Salamander, Micro oven and the Bakery Lab, Model Training Restaurant and a Model House Keeping lab to train the students in the appropriate trade.
Active placement cell functions to sustain the proven record of 100% placement every year in leading Star Hotels after successful completion of the program.
